En esta oportunidad, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un **E-commerce Specialist **para sumarse a nuestro equipo de** Sales**:
**Responsabilidades**:

- Mejorar las ventas del canal digital a través del análisis de datos y el posicionamiento de las marcas de la división
- Asegurar la conversión, los márgenes, el stock disponible y medir con los KPIs propios del canal digital.
- Asegurar la comunicación e involucrar a los distintos públicos de interes de su división (comercial y marketing)
- Dar seguimiento y desarrollar la estrategia de la división para e-commerce directo e indirecto.
- Analizar e interpretar el informe de ventas para identificar fortalez, debilidades y oportunidades de negocio de su división.
- Implementar la estrategia go to market con equipos transversales de su división (marketing, trade, IT y comercial)
- Preparar y presentar propuestas de lanzamientos de la división a los e-retailers y pure players de la división sigiuiendo el calendario de marketing de cada una de las marcas de su división.
- Optimizar la ergonomía del sitio, el surtido de productos online y la estrategia de e-merchandising: catalago, trade, promos, pruebas, nuevas secciones en la web conforme al plan de marketing.
- Supervisar la experiência del cliente y su camino para mejorar la tasa de compra (frecuencia, conversión, tamaño medio del pedido) en todos los dispositivos (web, movil, etc.) ofrecer datos relevantes para implementar y adaptar la estrategia.
- Velar por la catalogación al 100% de las marcas de la división y de los lanzamientos.
- Administrar el beauty enciclopedia por marca.

**Perfil**:

- Graduada/o en Comercialización, Administración de empresas o afines
- Experiência de 3 años en Ventas, S&C MKT o Marketing, preferentemente en posiciones de Ecommerce en empresas de consumo masivo.
- Nível de inglés avanzado
- Paquete Office - Nível avanzado.
