**Description and Requirements**:
**Scope of Responsibilities**
- LA ISO One Lenovo Sales Operations focal point for coordination of cross-functional activities.
- Lead selected business transformation initiatives, aiming to standardize processes across the different business units.
- Coordinate Sales Ops BMS, ensuring data is up to date and accurate to facilitate decision making.
- Support urgent requests for market information, including intelligence on competitor actions and business performance.

**Basic qualifications**:

- Bachelors’ Degree in business related areas
- Very good English, both written and oral; highly proficient with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Work experience: minimum 2-3 years, preferably as Business Analyst, Management Consulting or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills + strategic thinking & analytical
- Ability to define and frame business problems in a logical and structured manner
- Confidant story-teller with ability to deliver persuasive presentations based on data-driven insights to gain support for business strategies and initiatives
- Works well under pressure in a very dynamic environment
- Motivated self-starter that is comfortable working independently and in ambiguity

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Previous consulting experience
- Highly collaborative with experience working in cross-functional teams
