Urban Developers es una compañía de desarrollo inmobiliario en crecimiento y se encuentran en búsqueda de un Project & Investor Relations Coordinator altamente organizado, orientado al detalle y con una fuerte capacidad de coordinación. La posición es clave para acompañar la ejecución de sus proyectos multifamily y de comunidades de townhomes, asegurando una comunicación fluida entre inversores, lenders, abogados, contadores y el equipo interno.

**Responsabilidades**:
Gestión de Proyectos & Reporting

Preparar reportes periódicos de avance para inversores.

- Recolectar y consolidar información técnica, financiera y operativa de los proyectos.
- Coordinar la entrega de documentación requerida por los lenders (construcción, draw requests, cronogramas, actualizaciones, reportes).

Relación con Inversores & Marketing

- Colaborar con el equipo de marketing en la preparación y actualización de decks de proyectos.
- Organizar agendas y coordinar reuniones con inversores y otros stakeholders.
- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de inversores y la documentación correspondiente.

Administración & Cumplimiento

- Colaborar con el abogado en la preparación de documentación societaria y estructura legal (Operating Agreements, Subscription Agreements, etc.).
- Realizar conciliaciones de cuentas y apoyar tareas administrativas del área financiera.
- Elaborar cashflows simples y reportes financieros básicos para el equipo directivo.

Coordinación Interna

- Asegurar que toda la documentación del proyecto esté organizada y accesible.
- Coordinar entregas, firmas, fechas clave y flujos de aprobación entre los distintos equipos.

**Requisitos**

- Experiência previa en real estate, project coordination, investor relations, finance o industrias afines.
- Carrera universitaria.
- Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
- Argentino con Inglés avanzado.
- Conocimiento básico de contabilidad y manejo de cashflows.
- Dominio de Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace y CRM (HubSpot, Zoho u otros).
- Capacidad de trabajar en múltiples proyectos de forma simultánea.
- Atención al detalle, responsabilidad y pensamiento analítico.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y cumplir deadlines.
