**Senior Automation & Scraping Specialist | n8n + API + Ops (Remote - LATAM)**

We’re a fast-growing consultancy that helps top-tier marketing agencies and DTC brands design custom automation systems that unlock scale, speed, and insight.
Our client is an experienced technical marketer and builder who develops advanced workflows for audience research, data extraction, and performance reporting — blending scraping, AI, and no-code tools like **n8n, Airtable, GPT agents**, and **custom APIs**. The goal is to turn manual, time-consuming research tasks into intelligent, reusable systems — and to tailor those systems for each client’s stack.
We’re hiring a key collaborator to help build and expand these automations.. This is a technical position for someone who thrives at the intersection of **automation, development, and operations** — and who wants to own high-impact workflows from idea to execution.
You'll work directly with the founder to productize key flows (e.g., Reddit/Amazon scraping + sentiment analysis; Shopify/Facebook API pipelines; TikTok video data extraction; lead enrichment), and gradually take over new builds from scratch.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Build and manage **data scraping workflows** using n8n (and complementary tools when needed)
- Integrate APIs across platforms like **Facebook Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, Airtable**, and more
- Work with structured/unstructured data to generate actionable insights for marketing teams
- Maintain and evolve a **library of core automations**, tailoring them for each client use case
- Collaborate on **AI-enhanced flows** (e.g., GPT-based analysis, tagging, summarization)
- Own documentation, process design, and flow maintenance
- Build and iterate fast — we ship MVPs, test, and optimize continuously
**Must-Have Skills & Experience**:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in **automation, scripting, or backend development**
- Strong fluency with **n8n**, **API integrations**, and modern no-code/low-code tools
- Solid coding fundamentals (e.g., **JavaScript**, **Python**, or equivalent)
- Experience scraping data from platforms like Reddit, Amazon, TikTok, etc.
- Comfort working across databases and interfaces (e.g., **Airtable**, Notion, CRMs)
- Understanding of **process design** and how to abstract logic into repeatable flows
- Strong written communication and self-management — this is a remote-first role
**Bonus Points**:
- Experience working with **marketing agencies** or performance-focused teams
- Familiarity with tools like **Clay, Phantombuster, SerpAPI, Lovable, OpenAI APIs**
- Exposure to **audience research, enrichment, or data-driven persona building**
- Background in **Ops or RevOps** and ability to understand business logic
- Ability to suggest architecture improvements and propose smarter workflows
