What You'll Do
We're hiring AI Automation Engineers for full-time placements with U.S.based clients.
Based on your skills and interests, you'll be placed into one of these high-impact areas:
GTM / Sales Automation
Build lead gen systems using AI
Create dashboards for real-time sales KPIs
Streamline outbound campaign creation

Operations Automation
Reduce admin tasks through smart automations
Connect tools and systems across teams
Eliminate manual reporting and data entry
Build efficient backend workflows

Marketing & Design Automation
Automate content creation and publishing
Systematize creative feedback loops
Build scalable design ops workflows
Enable teams with AI-first tooling

**Requirements**:
2+ years of experience in automations, AI workflows, or backend operations
Proficient in tools like Zapier, Make, APIs, or scripting
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Able to overlap at least 5 hours/day with U.S. business hours
Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)
is a plus
