**Descripción del rol**:
Como CRM & Automation Specialist serás responsable de diseñar, implementar y optimizar flujos de automatización en HubSpot, mantener la integridad de datos del CRM, y colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de performance y contenido para mejorar la conversión a lo largo del funnel.

Además, gestionará las integraciones del sitio web con HubSpot, asegurando el correcto tracking de formularios, comportamiento de usuarios y métricas clave de performance (visitas, leads, conversiones, CAC, etc.).

**Funciones principales**:

- Administrar y optimizar el **CRM de HubSpot**: creación de propiedades, workflows, listas dinámicas y pipelines.
- Diseñar, implementar y mantener **flujos automatizados** de nurturing, lead scoring, onboarding y retención.
- Asegurar la **calidad y segmentación de la base de datos** de leads y contactos.
- Colaborar con el equipo de performance en la i**ntegración de campañas (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) con HubSpot.**
- Conectar y mantener **formularios y tracking del sitio web**, asegurando la correcta medición de leads y conversiones.
- Implementar y mantener **dashboards de métricas** (HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio o similar).

**¿Cuáles son los requisitos?**
- Experiência mínima de 3 años trabajando con HubSpot CRM y Marketing Hub.
- Conocimientos sólidos de automations, workflows y lead scoring.
- Experiência con Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager y/o Looker Studio.
- Comprensión de métricas de performance y embudo de marketing B2B o SaaS.
- Conocimiento básico de HTML/CSS y tracking de eventos web.
- Inglés intermedio o superior.
