Here, we don’t just offer a job: we provide an environment that challenges you to become the best version of yourself. - Learn more about New Frontier Immigration here. - Learn more about our CEO/Founder Hillary here. - Learn more about our Core Values here. **Success Attributes** - Confident but approachable (easy to talk to) - Self starter (they create/find/do the work) - Meticulous organization skills - Well spoken in both English & Spanish (articulate, professional, polished) **Responsibilities** - Create & manage a sales pipeline for the University - Marketing - Assist with marketing planning - Run marketing campaigns/promos to increase new sales & retention working collaboratively with sales team - Assist with website maintenance & management - Assist with branding & creating/maintaining central templates & resources - Manage social media postings & content, engaging & building followers - Monitor & report on marketing & engagement analytics - Content - Edit content videos, presentations, recordings, slide decks, and/or assessments - Manage content in the LMS (prepare/post/open/update courses, course videos, quizzes, thumbnails, etc) - Create & record new content when assigned as a cross-trained team member - Assist with content distribution - Assist with monitoring & reporting on student progress & participation - Sales - Serve as sales support/back up as a cross-trained team member following our processes (sales pipeline, inquiries, discovery calls/meetings, chase leads, process registrations, etc) - Other - Prepare for & attend regular meetings as scheduled/assigned - Prepare for & host various meetings, trainings, & events as assigned as a cross-trained team member - Adhere to New Frontier University & New Frontier Immigration Law standard operating procedures & policies - Other duties as assigned/as program continues to grow **Experience Requirements** - Fluency in Spanish is _required _(Bilingual) - Comfortable on camera making content/training videos - Comfortable on camera making content/training videos (we're all going to be cross-trained in the University) - Comfortable hosting live trainings, meetings, & other events as needed (we're all going to be cross-trained in the University) - Someone who can sell (we're all going to be cross-trained in the University) - Experience in the following areas (in order of importance): - Video editing & content creation - Technology (quickly learn LMS, website, systems we use) - Marketing (campaigns, branding, website, socials, etc) - Nice to have some experience with sales of services or programs - Nice to have some experience/exposure to **Compensation & Benefits** - $6-$8/hour USD depending on experience - Note: Paid as a "true" independent contractor, required to submit regular invoices of activities to DOO **Schedule** - Needs to be available to work Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Arizona Time)
