Job Title: Content Marketing SpecialistCompany: Pro Coffee GearLocation: Remote (global)Employment Type: Full-time Pro Coffee Gear is a dynamic and rapidly expanding e-commerce company that provides top-tier espresso machines and related parts to coffee enthusiasts worldwide. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service to ensure every coffee aficionado can enjoy the perfect cup. Responsibilities Define content strategy that serves our audience, tells our story effectively, and drives growth throughout the funnel. Own the content calendar, covering multiple mediums and audiences. Focus on distribution from the time you build a content roadmap and work with our campaigns team to increase traffic to content. Update existing content to improve SEO, drive conversions, and repurpose across multiple channels. Manage current content marketers and plan for future hiring, both full-time and contractors or agencies. Analyze the impact of content and prioritize the roadmap based on content that builds our brand, drives traffic, and converts. Collaborate with demand gen team to ensure content helps us hit pipeline goals through SEO and gated content production while meeting our quality bar. Help build and maintain processes, tools, and workflows, and develop PCG’s voice and tone. Collaborate with AR and PR to ensure we tell our overall story across multiple channels. Collaborate on the company story and vision with founding team, product marketing, and PR. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in content marketing, including at SaaS companies. Equally comfortable writing and editing with a high‑quality bar. Proven ability to set content marketing strategy and create content. Experience managing a content roadmap and editorial calendar. Experience hiring and managing contractors and agencies to help with content production. Ability to manage production, working with contractors as needed across multiple content types – from thought leadership to resources, templates, and video.
