POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the execution of M&A, debt restructuring and capital raising transactions
- Manage live deal processes in all stages from origination to execution
- Develop financial models and perform customized company valuation analysis
- Organize and prepare presentations, analyze, and explain industry trends, and assess clients’ situations to provide the necessary financial advice and recommend strategies to meet client goals
- Coordinate, manage and mentor Analysts in complex and time-sensitive processes involving various transactions, by providing detailed guidance and feedback, managing information flow, and providing credit and exposure information to Analysts, as appropriate
- Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward

DESIRED BACKGROUND
- Prior Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Consulting experience (4-6 years)
- Experienced in all aspects of M&A, capital raising and debt restructuring, comfortable taking on large amounts of responsibility quickly
- Capable of producing high quality work on short timelines
- Modeling, valuation, and presentation drafting experience (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Demonstrated team player and leader
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
