POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the execution of M&A and Capital Raising transactions, focused on tech companies.
- Develop financial models and perform customized company valuation analysis.
- Organize and prepare presentations, analyze, and explain industry trends, and assess clients’ situations to provide the necessary financial advice and recommend strategies to meet client goals.
- Coordinate complex and time-sensitive processes.
- Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward.

DESIRED BACKGROUND
- Prior Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Consulting experience (1-4 years)
- Outstanding academic performance record
- Capable of producing high quality work on short timelines
- Modeling, valuation, and presentation drafting experience (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Demonstrated team player and leader
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
