- The Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) belongs to one of the main pillars of the Global Finance & Administration board area of SAP, the Global Finance Infrastructure. The Global Finance Shared Services environment allows SAP to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the finance processes while delivering global end-to-end process standards._

**_ What is Centralized Deal Support department?_**
- Within GFSS, Centralized Deal support department, is in close cooperation with Sales, Pricing and Revenue Recognition teams across the globe. We help Sales with Deal Approval & Shaping, Commercial Calculations Preparation and Contract Creation as well as various other activities which are closely connected to services and software licensing._

**_ What you will do_**
- As a member of CoE Calculations team supporting NA & LAC you will be a part of Global Finance Shared Services organization and will get the opportunity to contribute to company's success. Our team is closely collaborating with local Commercial colleagues, Sales, Pricing and Revenue Recognition teams across the region._
- The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be:_
- _ Compliance verification based on internal policies and external regulations_
- _ Guiding and advising our internal customers on Calculations related topics_
- _ Provide commercial calculations to our Customers_
- _ Addressing internal and external queries within an agreed Service Level Agreement_
- _ Using SAP technology for reporting, monitoring, and managing deals and other transactions end to end_
- _ Resolve complex and moderate issues autonomously_
- _ Act as a point of contact for defined processes/regions_
- _ Leading projects to drive automation, standardization and process improvements_
- _ Preparation of process documentations/working instructions_

**_ What you bring_**
- _ University Degree in Finance/Economics area (preferred)_
- _ Detail oriented and organized_
- _ Stress management_
- _ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills_
- _ Fluent written and spoken English is required. Portuguese would be an advantage._
- _ Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)_
- _ Prioritize and find solutions to business challenges_
- _ Excellent “Customer Focus” approach_
- _ Proactive mindset and “can do” attitude_
