Estamos buscando a un profesional dinámico para gestionar los espacios y la logística de nuestros eventos corporativos. Como Event Assistant, serás la pieza clave que garantiza el funcionamiento impecable de nuestras instalaciones para eventos y grabaciones. Tu capacidad para anticipar necesidades, coordinar múltiples proveedores y resolver imprevistos con agilidad permitirá que cada actividad se desarrolle sin contratiempos, dejando una impresión positiva en todos los participantes.

**Propósito del rol**
Asegurar la operatividad, el correcto uso y el estado óptimo de los espacios y recursos físicos destinados a eventos o grabaciones en el site. Esto incluye la planificación logística, la coordinación con distintas áreas, y la supervisión de necesidades específicas como mobiliario, catering y soporte técnico para garantizar experiências exitosas.
**Responsabilidades clave**
- Planificar y diseñar layouts de eventos en colaboración con SICRO y otros departamentos, adaptándose a los requerimientos específicos de cada actividad.
- Gestionar el inventario de mobiliario para eventos, asegurando su disponibilidad, mantenimiento y buen estado.
- Identificar y coordinar nuevas necesidades de equipamiento y almacenamiento con el departamento de Facilities Edilicio.
- Realizar inspecciones periódicas de los espacios de eventos para garantizar condiciones óptimas de funcionamiento y uso.
- Administrar la agenda de tareas relacionadas con eventos, coordinando eficientemente las intervenciones de mantenimiento y logística.
- Proporcionar soporte integral durante los eventos, gestionando servicios de catering, equipamiento audiovisual y otros recursos necesarios.
- Supervisar eventos nocturnos (Afters), realizando guardias presenciales cuando sea necesario.
- Administrar y optimizar el uso de herramientas de automatización (Bot) para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
**Competencias requeridas**
- Estudiante de Organización de Eventos o campo afín.
- 1+ año de experiência en organización de eventos corporativos, de entre 20-1000 personas.
- Excelente capacidad organizativa y meticulosa atención al detalle.
- Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos logísticos simultáneamente bajo presión.
- Comunicación efectiva y capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas entre departamentos (SICRO, Facilities, Catering, entre otros).
- Capacidad de resolución de problemas con enfoque proactivo y orientación a soluciones.
- Familiaridad con herramientas tecnológicas, automatización y sistemas de gestión.
- Orientación hacia la innovación y mejora continua en la experiência de eventos.
- Conocimientos prácticos en gestión de servicios gastronómicos y coordinación de proveedores.
- Flexibilidad horaria para adaptarse a las necesidades de eventos especiales.
