**Mission**

As FP&A Specialist, you will be required to provide effective finance business partnering support to Finance and Operational stakeholders and play a pivotal role in supporting the organization through providing accurate, timely and insightful financial/commercial reporting and analysis to support key decisions, as well as the planning and reporting processes across the business. The duties of the role will include, but not be limited to the following below.

**What you'll do**
- Prepare the monthly board report
- Support the FP&A Manager in managing the forecasting and planning process
- Providing support and guidance to the Commercial Finance team
- Support the region business with detailed analysis and reporting
- Support development of financial models
- Design and implement insightful reporting to drive visibility for opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- _ Ad hoc_ business analysis / reporting for the region/local leadership team
- Assist with _ad hoc_ projects and process improvement

**Critical experience and knowledge**
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Finance or Accounting
- Relevant experience (3-5 years) in FP&A, Project Finance or similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Good communication (written and verbal) in English/Spanish
- Power BI experience (not only as user, but also as report developer)

**Ideal competences (nice to have)**
- Knowledge of SAP ERP (CO, FI modules) and/or BW would be high appreciated.
- In day-by-day professional must be organized, compliance with deadlines and able to realign priorities.
