**What you will do**:

- Design and implement processes, systems, and strategies to scale the organization
- Drive corporate Key Strategic Objectives and KPIs
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Oversee market expansion in LatAm.
- Drive critical change management and growth projects
- Establish policies that promote efficiency and scalability while minimizing risk
- Oversee daily operations of the company such as the sports and casino commercial teams, customer operations, and project & delivery teams.
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and success
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.)
- Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
- +5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proven experience in an Operational or Project leadership role
- Proven experience as a leader in a high growth organization
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Understanding of business functions such as project management, operations & marketing
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Experience in sports betting, gaming, sports or the media industry is a plus
