We are looking for an outstanding Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and self-driven, passionate about technology, and highly motivated to comprehend our clients and their needs.
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to our clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving issues within defined service levels.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist our clients in resolving technical issues, conducting walkthroughs, and following up to ensure timely case closure.
- Manage cloud environments in compliance with the organization's security policies..
- Monitor network performance to meet service-level agreements and proactively address any performance issues.
- Utilize Azure technologies and resources for development projects
- Work closely with internal and external customers, providing guidance and support to optimize the usage of Azure resources.
About you:
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Azure and/or other Cloud services
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English level, good written and verbal communication. You will be using it daily to engage with native customers.
- Familiar with startups’ broad responsibilities and dynamic environments.
- Eager to learn new skills and technologies
