At **Directa24** we are looking for a **Sr Treasury Specialist **to join our finance team. You will be responsible for performing treasury and payments operations and analyzing company financial activity.
**What you´ll do**
- Monitoring the organization's supply and transfer of money by keeping detailed financial records. Track and analyze ingoing and outgoing transactions and perform reconciliation of accounts.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account, balance, bank/Treasury systems, and bank cost information.
- Assemble and summarize data to structure reports on financial status and risks.
- Perform analyses to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve financial performance
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc.) considering the company's goals and financial standing.
- Identify market trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in Analyst roles, preferably in the Treasury Area
- Experience with cash management and risk assessment
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
- Highly skilled in Excel/Google Sheets
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Languages: fluent in oral and written English;
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and high pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- High proactivity
- Organized
- Passion for performing in fast-paced and changing environments
- Based in Argentina or Uruguay
