**What you’ll be doing**
- Responsible for the execution of the company's financial operations, such as payment to stakeholders, money remittance, and intercompany transactions, in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Supervise and manage company intercompany cash flows and funding process, ensuring appropriate liquidity for day-to-day operations.
- Achieve operational excellence, ensuring all internal and stakeholder needs are met in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain relationships with local brokers and other financial institutions.
- Actively monitor the financial markets developments and changes in regulations to quickly adapt accordingly.
- Implementation of new tools and projects to improve and automate treasury processes.
- Ensure timely monthly and weekly reporting deadlines are met.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

**What you'll need**
- +3 years of working in treasury or financial areas.
- Knowledge of Latam´s banking and regulatory environment.
- A postgraduate in Finance is a plus.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing demands of the role.
