**What you will do**
- Engage clients in pre-sales to define vision, challenges, and goals;
- Lead discovery sessions and shape actionable product roadmaps;
- Provide strategic consulting and influence product decisions;
- Develop proposals, estimate efforts, and ensure user-centered design;
- Facilitate prototyping and align design with business strategy;
- Establish best practices and frameworks for product management;
- Grow and upskill the product team on research and strategy;
- Adapt to diverse projects, industries, and changing priorities;
- Communicate complex ideas clearly across stakeholders.

**Must haves**
- Experience**:5+ years** in **Product Management** and **UX Design**, or **Product Strategy** and **UX Design** roles;
- Expertise in Product Strategy: Ability to define, refine, and validate product concepts with clients;
- Strong UX Background: Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research;
- Consultative Mindset: Experience working with clients, facilitating workshops, and shaping product visions;
- Business Acumen: Understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and product-market fit;
- Excellent Communication: Comfortable leading client discussions, presenting ideas, and influencing stakeholders;
