Right now, we are looking for a **Service Desk Analyst** to join our Team You will be the key person for solving any technical difficulty which may arise and support our Globers.
- You will get the chance to:_
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Advise users on appropriate action.
- Follow standard help desk procedures.
- Redirect problems to correct resource.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Be up to date with system information, changes and updates.
- Supports company wide security objectives by issuing employee badges, auditing security reports and enforcing the company security policy. Responds to facility issues.
- What you will need to succeed_
- Customer service orientation.
- Enjoy solving problems.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Windows Knowledge: Advanced.
- Linux Knowledge: Basic.
- Budget Management skills. English language is a plus.
