**Key Responsibilities**:
**Onboarding**:
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create effective onboarding plans for new employees.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, documents, and systems access are prepared for new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires, addressing any questions or concerns.
**Offboarding**:
- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews.
- Collect and process all necessary exit documentation and retrieve company assets.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure a smooth departure process.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
**Compliance and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations related to onboarding and offboarding.
**Qualification**:
- 6-10 years of experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist, HR Ops, or in a relevant HR field.
- Proven experience in onboarding and offboarding processes, preferably in staffing or HR.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of policy administration, compensation, and payroll is a must.
- Proficiency in using any known HRMS platform thoroughly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Ability to perform in an entrepreneurial setting, work independently across multiple groups, and thrive in a high-pressure, rapidly growing environment.
