**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic **NetSuite Functional Consultant** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our clients leverage the full potential of their NetSuite ERP system. You will analyze their unique business requirements, expertly configure the NetSuite platform to meet those needs, and provide guidance on optimizing their business processes within the system. Your expertise will be key to ensuring the successful implementation and long-term adoption of NetSuite, ultimately driving efficiency and growth for our clients.

This position is for LATAM and Philippines based NetSuite professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze client business needs and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules: Financials, CRM, Manufacturing.
- Guide clients in optimizing their business processes within NetSuite.
- Perform full NetSuite ERP and CRM implementations, working directly with clients.
- Provide client training.
- Communicate client requirements to technical developers for customizations.
- Plan and consult on business process improvements within NetSuite.
- Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions for various industries and requirements.
- Conduct business process mapping and gather requirements from new clients.
- Conduct demos and walkthroughs of NetSuite process areas.
- Prepare solution proposals based on client personalization sessions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to build and test customized solutions.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues.
- Translate business needs to technical teams and technical solutions to clients.
- Manage Cut-over and Go-Live processes.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support for user adoption and optimization.
- Assist team members with onboarding, training, and escalations.
- Serve as a point of contact for team NetSuite questions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Must have 5 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP.**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in one of the following:

- Business Administration
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
