Purpose and Objectives: SAP SuccessFactors is seeking a senior functional consultant to join our team and provide expertise to support the outcome-based goals of our cloud customers. The senior functional consultant will play a crucial role in delivering tailored adoption recommendation services. Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for remotely delivering 1:1 adoption and consumption focused services and workshops across SAP SuccessFactors Suite depending on their area of expertise and certification. They will also act as a subject matter expert for their area(s), developing exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers, while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive the innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering. Requirements: Associate Certification in the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules. Minimum 3-6 years experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Suite. Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers. Additional languages an advantage. University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field or other comparable experience. Please note that this position does not include a relocation package.
