NetSuite Expert – Build a Simple B2B Ordering Portal (Contract) Why this role exists We’re already live on NetSuite and want to activate its native e‑commerce capability properly. This is not a redesign project and not a WordPress build. We need a NetSuite expert who can: Turn NetSuite into a clean, functional B2B ordering portal Reduce manual order handling Help automate the sales pipeline between NetSuite and HubSpot The goal is simple Customers log in, see their pricing, place orders easily, and sales data stays in sync. What you’ll actually be doing NetSuite E‑Commerce Configure a NetSuite‑native website (using NetSuite’s current web platform) Expose ~20 core products (with up to ~60 supporting SKUs) Enable customer logins Customer‑specific pricing Volume pricing visibility Ensure orders flow directly into NetSuite with no manual re‑entry NetSuite ↔ HubSpot Integration Sync quotes from NetSuite into HubSpot Auto‑update deal stages when quotes convert to orders Eliminate duplicate data entry Enable clear pipeline and quote‑aging visibility Important: Shipping automation is not part of phase one. We just want the architecture set up cleanly for later. What this project is (and isn’t) A practical NetSuite configuration project Focused on usability and automation Backed by a client who knows exactly what they want Not a branding exercise Not a complex custom build Not a vague “figure it out” engagement What we’re looking for You should have: Strong hands‑on NetSuite experience (e‑commerce + core records) Confidence working directly inside NetSuite (products, pricing, customers) Experience integrating NetSuite with HubSpot or another CRM A pragmatic mindset — you value working systems over perfection Nice to have (not required): B2B ordering experience Previous NetSuite website implementations Light integration or middleware experience Engagement details Contract / project‑based Remote Clear scope Fast decisions Opportunity for follow‑on work if it’s a good fit How to apply Send a short message with: Your NetSuite background (1–2 paragraphs is fine) One example of a similar project Your availability over the next 4–6 weeks Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Part‑time Industries Marketing Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
