As a Customer Care Associate for Western Union, you’ll pride yourself on being responsible for ensuring excellent quality service is delivered to our customers across our Call Center.

**Role Responsibilities**
- You will be required to ensure compliance with important company systems, processes, and procedures and make decisions on compliance and security issues.
- Performance reporting against quality measures across our Call Center.
- Outbound calls, you’ll diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues and escalate or replace equipment.

**Role Requirements**
- Currently enrolled in university or bachelor’s degree programs
- Experience in a similar role (customer services, Call Center, or related)
- At least one year of Call Center experience or related.
- Advanced Portuguese is a must.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work with different systems at the same time (multitasking) and work well under pressure (measurable metrics).
- A passion for customer care, teamwork, and efficient communication.
- Schedule Flexibility, Monday - Friday 11Hrs - 18hrs, Saturdays 9-14hrs
