Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for engineering teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scheduling parameters.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to create and manage sprint plans, backlogs, and release schedules.
- Monitor engineering resource allocations and update changes to the plan.
- Use Jira to track and manage project tasks, issues, workload, and workflows, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project information.
- Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates, providing status reports to project stakeholders.
- Facilitate stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to project schedules, resource allocation, and dependencies.
- Continuously improve scheduling processes and tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Preferred bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Advance level of english is a must
- Proven experience as an Engineering Scheduler or in a similar role within an engineering, production or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Experience using Jira for project scheduling and task management.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
- Experience in the transportation or mobility industry.
- Familiarity with other project management tools and software.
