**Summary**:
We are seeking a **Sr. Global Batch Scheduler Administrator** **/ Sr. SAP Computer Engineer / SAP Production Support Lead** who is excited about new cloud-based technology and its potential to change the way things are done. Responsibilities include team leadership and administration of global SAP ERP and S/4HANA for Utilities job scheduler tools (SAP internal and external job schedulers).

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Batch Operators and closely collaborate with technical experts and internal super users.
- Administration, installation and configuration of SAP internal and external job scheduling tools.
- Handle escalation for system generated events/alerts and user generated incidents.
- Comply with established Standard Operating Procedures in response to system alerts and scheduled tasks with consistent accuracy.
- Handle and resolve production problems and if necessary, escalate them to the relevant IT staff.
- Actively demonstrate initiative and provide feedback to improve existing processes and procedures, submitting ideas for on-going improvements and assist documentation review on a continuous basis.
- Participate in business continuity / disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Work shift duties, able to adapt to a flexible work schedule and have the ability to work additional hours when required.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience administering external Batch Scheduling tools for SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ERP systems.
- Experience scheduling SAP ERP and/or S/4HANA jobs via SAP batch scheduler.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling systems and strategies.
- Well versed with Scripts / Tools maintenance and Upgrades.
- Hands-On experience in Migration/Upgrade of Control-M environment.
- Good operating system knowledge like Linux, Unix and Windows Server.
- Experience with SAP ERP (ECC) and/or S/4HANA batch scheduler is mandatory.

**Skills**:

- BMC Control-M experience as an Administrator is preferred.
- Fluent bilingual technical writing/speaking in English and Spanish is required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in technical related field such as IT or Engineering (IT, Industrial, etc.) or other degree with applicable experience.
- Relevant BMC Control-M Certification is a plus.
- Accomplished user of Microsoft business tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Office 365.
