Now we’re looking for **Operations Analyst** to bring Creativity and Innovation to Softline’s interface. You’ll be a part of our Argentina Team.

Buyer that ensures compliance with purchasing policies.Create or alter orders, manage registrations and changes to the supplier master, contract management, purchase measurement report (service levels, savings,billing, etc.) among other.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop the activities related to the management of operations with Microsoft which include placing purchase orders to Microsoft associated to LSP / CSP Licensing Models, contract relationship and support on the management thereof.
- Validate the correct billing and invoices on orders placed.
- Guarantee the optimal quality data and on time registration inside Company tools as CRM and ERP systems.
- Plan, organize, execute and control the tasks related to the assigned activities demanded by the operation itself.
- Guarantee the optimal fulfillment of the assigned activities.
- Provide support in the activities of optimization of operational processes analyzing and proposing improvements.
- Prepare reports for assigned tasks and pruchases processed.
- Perform other functions and responsibilities entrusted to it by the Operations Management Leads.
- Lead innovative strategic thinking.
- Productively manage the resources assigned by the company.

**Profile requirements**:

- 6-12 months Experience with Microsoft licensing models(LSP-CSP) is a plusMinimum of 4 months over pruchase/logistics role.
- University student with at least 4 semesters of engineering, administration related careers.
- Minimum of 6 months -1 year over pruchase/logistics role.
- Advance Excel knowledge(Dynamics tables).
- Basic Microsoft Office suite management (Word,Outlook,PowerPoint).
- English level: Speaking middle level, writing basic level.
