**About the Rol**

Reporting to the Head of Product, the **UX Designer** will be tasked with crafting and improving user experiences across our client's digital products. Working in close collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you'll be instrumental in developing interfaces that are both intuitive and captivating, aligning with the requirements of both the business and users.

**What You'll Do**
- Conduct user research and testing to guide design decisions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user stories.
- Generate high-fidelity visual designs and specifications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Continuously analyze user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and adhere to best practices.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years of UX design experience.
- Advanced English level
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related.
- Proven experience in conducting user research and testing.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or InVision.
- Bonus points for experience in Revenue Cycle Management platforms and Homecare-related technology.
