You'll be responsible for leading our automation specialists and ensuring our Hiring Funnels meet the highest standards of quality and performance. We are a >$1M ARR SaaS company that helps small business owners solve their number one problem: putting the right people in the right seats in their companies. We do this through a combination of AI and behavioral science to quickly and accurately determine who is right for the roles our customers are hiring. We're looking for someone who can maintain high standards while leading a growing team and ensuring our automation solutions continue to exceed client expectations. Compensation: $1,500 - $3,000 USD per month depending on experience **Benefits**: Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: Remote **Job Type**: Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: $1,500,000.00 - $3,000,000.00 per month
