To scale even faster, we’re building a dedicated PPC Department — and we’re looking for a **Team Lead PPC** who will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll be responsible for leading and growing the PPC team, driving measurable results, and ensuring our advertising brings consistent, high-quality leads across North America.

Here’s what makes you a great fit:

- **Proven PPC Experience: 5+ years**with a strong focus on **Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Local Service Ads**.
- Team Management Background: Experience leading PPC teams in agencies or in-house (building from scratch or scaling).
- **Local Business Marketing Experience**:Solid track record with U.S., Canadian, and European markets is a must.**:

- Operational Management Skills: Task-setting, deadline control, workflow optimization, and accountability.
- Hands-On Expertise: Ability to set up, run, and optimize campaigns directly when needed.
- Strategic Mindset + Execution Skills: You can design a growth roadmap and also roll up your sleeves to deliver results.
- Leadership Qualities: Strong people management, motivation, and coaching skills — fully committed to one project and its success.
- English Proficiency**:Intermediate level+**for daily communication and coordination.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Build and lead a high-performing PPC department within TechVill.
- Take full ownership of key metrics: CPL, CPSQL, ROAS, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of PPC specialists, developing their skills and expertise.
- Set tasks and manage deadlines for the PPC team, ensuring timely execution.
- Generate ideas, test hypotheses, and optimize campaigns for efficiency and growth.
- Stay hands-on: set up, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Local Service Ads.
- Collaborate with SEO, Google My Business, analytics, and the CMO to align PPC efforts with overall marketing and business KPIs.

Pay: $2,457,100.00 - $3,003,100.00 per month
