AAA Crain's Auto Salvage is a salvage yard in Fort Worth TX hiring a Bilingual truck dispatcher and a Junk Car Buyer over the phone.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answer customer phone calls
- Answer customer text messages
- Provide excellent customer service to over the phone customers
- Call vehicle assignments to schedule a pick up time and prepare daily driver schedule
- Negotiate purchase price of the junk vehicles with customers over the phone according to the quote list given by management
- Dispatch daily route schedule to our drivers
- Gather and maintain route information, as well as completion of vehicle assignments
- Update our vendors on the pick-up status
- Perform other job related duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Bilingual English & Spanish - Advanced level**
- Calm and quiet workspace
- Super friendly, charismatic and energetic personality.
- Great Customer Service
- Be able to work with a team
- Medium-Advanced computer skills
- Have a desktop computer
- Have a webcam
- Headset with MIC

**WEEKLY SCHEDULE**:
**6 DAYS A WEEK - MON-FRI: MORNING SHIFT: 7am to 4pm CST**

**AFTERNOON SHIFT: 11 am to 8 pm CST (Days will rotate and need to have a flexible schedule)**

**SATURDAY: FIRST SHIFT: 8am to 4pm CST**
**SECOND SHIFT: 10am to 6pm CST (Days will rotate and need to have a flexible schedule)**

**SUNDAYS OFF**

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**:

- $200,000 PESOS / MONTH (with possibility of up to $300,000 pesos with 2% commission on negotiations total after company portion deducted)**
**BIWEEKLY PAY ($100,000+ 2% earning on negotiations EVERY 2 WEEKS)**
**You will be hired as an independent Contractor.**

**1 Week of Vacation after 1 year.**
**2 Weeks of Vacations after 3 Years**
**3 Weeks of Vacations after 5 Years**
**4 Weeks of Vacations after 7 Years**

**Paid holidays every year after completing required employment time of 3 months**

**Must be able to start immediately**

**Experience in negotiating and customer service is necessary**
**English at 100%**
