We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our dynamic legal team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with a solid foundation in clerical tasks and data entry.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Tasks
· Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing front desk operations remotely
· Answer and route high-volume phone calls with professionalism and proper etiquette
· Perform accurate and efficient data entry, maintaining client records and legal databases
· Proofread legal documents to ensure compliance with firm standards
· Schedule appointments and manage calendars using digital tools
· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
· Maintain a virtual reception presence that reflects the firm's professionalism
· Support administrative functions such as filing, faxing, and document preparation
· Collaborate with legal staff and supervisors to ensure timely client follow-up
Qualifications
· 1-2 years of Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably within legal or professional services
· 1–2 years of experience in personal injury law or law office settings is a plus
· Strong customer service and communication skills in both English and Spanish
· Ability to proofread documents for grammatical accuracy and clarity
· High typing speed with strong accuracy
· Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team
