- Diseñar e implementar planes de mejora basados en lo detectado;
- Coordinar y ejecutar pruebas de nuevas tecnologías y materiales, determinando el curso de acción basado en los resultados;
- Ser el punto de contacto con la región/global para incorporar y compartir prácticas de mejora;
- Gestionar cambios, a través del diseño, adecuación y mantenimiento de especificaciones de proceso;
- Diseñar, adaptar y estructurar procesos para la satisfacción del cliente en cumplimiento con los estándares de la empresa;
- Mantener los sistemas de gestión y cumplir con las auditorías apropiadas.-
- A quién estamos buscando...- Graduado/a en Ingeniería con experiência en roles de mejora continua aplicando Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma o similar (mandatorio);
- Conocimiento en gestión de herramientas de mejora continua (análisis de causa raíz, Pareto, diagrama de espina de pescado, 8D, etc.);
- Conocimientos sólidos de estadísticas;
- Nível intermedio/avanzado del idioma inglés (mandatorio);
- Paquete Office avanzado (Excel mandatorio) y SAP (deseable).-
