AWM is an eCommerce Consulting Firm and Solution Provider. We offer customized assistance incorporating 3PL, white-labeled premium services, and agency solutions for all the common business structures in the US seeking entry into the world of eCom.

Our main services include diversified marketplace-specific eCommerce management services such as Walmart, Amazon, and Facebook Automation. Besides this, we also help companies receive funding and investors to incorporate their newest legal entities to kickstart their journey in online retail.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to be the assistant of our CMO handling PR, social media, and digital marketing administration of our company.

**Our Team**

Given that we are an SMB consultancy and service provider, our Marketing team will consist of our Marketing Director, you, and possibly another assistant as we work with affiliates, contractors, and freelancers on the advertisement and content creation side.

Our Marketing team concentrates on the following tasks:

- Reporting, documenting, and monitoring ad spend and engagement, and also supervising creative content associated with all of our social media channels
- Monitoring and auditing the SEO metrics of our website
- Ensuring communication and day-to-day contact with our PR partners, marketing agency, and creative freelancers (such as designers, SEO specialists, content makers, and copywriters)
- Ensuring constant activity throughout all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube) by posting and scheduling content continuously
- Quality control (overseeing and copy-editing) of outgoing marketing materials (newsletters, social media and blog posts, etc.)
- Researching and adapting to new market trends and setting up milestones and new strategies for exponential growth

We'll need a person who can easily manage project management platforms and analyze data while having a creative mind and eye for detail when evaluating our company's overarching marketing strategy and activity.

**Experience and Requirements**

As we are working with high-profile clients and agencies, there are some skills that we require the utmost.
- Flawless written and spoken English with close to native fluency (you shouldn't be a UK/US citizen)
- 2+ years of experience in the field of marketing as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Assistant, (junior or senior) PPC manager, (junior or senior) Account Manager, Social Media Manager, Project Manager
- Excellent knowledge in the field of digital marketing, digital advertising, SEO, PPC & Ad management, and content creation
- Experience in communicating with freelancers, affiliates, agencies, and contractors
- Proficiency in handling social media platforms and tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and Twitter, besides content management software such as HootSuite
- Manage project tasks and communication among the teams while keeping the projects on time and on budget
- Some knowledge of marketing automation is a plus
- Collaborative with strong problem-solving skills
- Motivated self-starter, ability to work as part of a team and independently

We are quite flexible regarding your preferred working hours, but please note that we are looking for a full-time employee who can work remotely. Our clients are mostly based in the US, our management team is based in Central Europe, and our back office is in the Philippines.

If our management selects you, we will offer a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses after you go through our initial hiring process.

**Salary**: $147,607.00 - $221,411.00 per month
