Our company is looking to hire a marketing assistant who will be working closely with our marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands.

To be chosen for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Prior work experience in marketing is a must. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to succeed in this role.

**Marketing Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using a variety of web analytics, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Launch and oversee online adverts through Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. to increase company and brand awareness and lead generation.
- Produce marketing reports for management
- Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing department.
- Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
- Maintaining a marketing database.
- Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
- Understanding company products and brands.
- Organizing market research.
- Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.

**Marketing Assistant Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Digital marketing experience / Lead Generation
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Great organization skills.
- Related job and internship experience.

Experience working with graphic editors: PS, Canva etc

General knowledge of Tilda, Wix etc

Working Hours: Flexible PST and EST

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $57,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
