Product Analyst and UX Designer

In this role you’ll get to explore two exciting disciplines in software: product analysis and UX design. You will join one of our development teams and play a key role in the definition of features, with a focus on the functional and visual aspects. As a Product Analyst, you’ll create functional specifications of features that add value to our global enterprise SaaS platform while also making key decisions about their usability and design.
Your challenges and objectives
- Become an expert on the Avature product.
- Be a main point of contact (internally and externally) for the functional aspects of your assigned areas.
- Understand different audiences (business-oriented and technical) and be an efficient communicator.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our platform and our design system to create features that contribute to a coherently branded product.

Your day-to-day activities
- Write functional specs for all the tasks scoped for the development team.
- Design new features or solutions from scratch, producing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and iterating designs with others.
- Participate in redesigning our existing functionality when necessary, either for fresh UI aesthetics or for design updates.
- Respond questions about platform functionality from customer-facing teams.
- Maintain constant communication with the Product Design and UX teams, to make sure all functionalities are aligned with the platform’s overall design criteria.
- Present new features in internal meetings.

About you
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Background and experience in industrial, graphic or multimedia design.
- Enthusiastic about understanding and solving complex problems.
- Excellent communicator.
- Programming skills in HTML CSS or JavaScript are a plus.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information from different sources to propose design solutions.
- Constant learning of UX methodologies.
- Highly collaborative.
