**Requirements**:
Tener experiência trabajando en User Experience interactuando con equipos multidisciplinarios en entornos ágiles.
Conocimientos sólidos en diseño de interacción, principios y leyes de usabilidad, arquitectura de información y diseño visual.
Un proceso consistente para la creación de soluciones, experiência en proyectos web-responsive y aplicaciones mobile.
Conocimiento y dominio de herramientas necesarias para prototipar, diseñar y preparar el delivery de UIs para su implementación.

**Responsibilities**:
Ayudar a nuestros clientes a definir un producto digital desde el inicio hasta el fin, identificando las necesidades de sus usuarios y las necesidades del negocio.

Pensar en el contexto completo de la experiência del usuario, incluidos los desafíos comerciales y las capacidades tecnológicas.
Actúar como un agente de cambio dentro de una organización involucrando diferentes áreas y unidades de negocio, a través de la investigación y técnicas de DCU (Diseño centrado en el usuario).
Lograr buenas prácticas de diseño e implementación en todo el equipo desafiando el estatus quo interno y externo.
Participar en workshops orientados a definir lineamientos claros para el equipo de desarrollo y el cliente.
Participar en investigaciones con usuarios, como entrevistas, sesiones de observación, encuestas y pruebas con usuarios.
