The Coca-Cola Company is the world's leading beverage company, refreshing consumers with more than 500 sparkling and still brands. We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team for our plant, in CABA.

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant and warehouse facilities by focusing on the medium and long-term planning of the maintenance area.

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement.

**What You'll Do for Us**:

- Minimize equipment breakdown times by analyzing and improving the preventive/predictive maintenance program.
- Generate and coordinate monthly and weekly maintenance plans with relevant departments.
- Monitor weekly plan fulfillment and maintain an up-to-date maintenance task list. Manage corrective maintenance activities (PM02) according to the weekly schedule.
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on complex corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with COHISEM, Food Safety, and communications center requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance master data and ensure necessary spare parts are available for preventive and corrective maintenance. Create and follow purchase orders for necessary spare parts.
- Keep maintenance key indicators up to date.
- Lead special projects related to SAP improvements, small maintenance or utilities projects, and productivity initiatives within Maintenance and Engineering.
- Foster strong relationships within the company, collaborating with production supervisors, internal and external auditors, and maintenance suppliers.

**What are the Qualifications Needed**:

- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with SAP system, especially PM / MM modules (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
- Proven teamwork and team leadership skills; experience as a team leader is highly preferred.
- Strong analytic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Educational Requirements: Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering degree.
