The Export Analyst will be in charge of the entire export process in CPS Argentina. The key duties include preparing necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with all customs regulations, coordinating the conditioning of materials with the warehouse, and organizing specific dates for each export. They need to stay updated about the availability of materials, work in collaboration with planning and customer service departments, inform about new regulations and changes related to the export process and analyze their financial impact with the finance department.
The role will actively participate in the end-of-month processes, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. Will also be responsible for updating all information in SAP and files related to the export process, and work with customs brokers and freight forwarders to identify improvements in the export process.
**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Support Customer Service area in the definition of the dates for each export.
- List all the materials to be export and send them to the customs broker in order to start the INAL process and prepare the proforma invoice.
- Once the proforma Invoice is approved, prepare and the final invoice
- Keep updated the materials information in the export’s files.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and forwarder the dispatch of the materials.
- Send the documentation to the Bottlers
- Assure that all the information and documentation related with each export is correctly save.
- Coordinate the export to other CPS plants, R&D and IQD.
- Follow up with customer service and planning area the availability of the materials to be exports.
- Preparation and monitoring of payroll with international operations of related and unrelated companies to send to the tax area.
- Coordinate the export of empty IBC to Wexford.
- Request VEPs payments.
- Participate and assure the end month process.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Graduated from International Commerce or related careers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
