**Location**: Remote (Based in Latin America)
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM Pacific Time
**Department**: Operations
**Salary**: $2,000-$2,500 USD/month
**Reports To**: Director of Fulfillment

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Fulfillment Manager** to join the Operations team and oversee order fulfillment across Latin America. You will manage regional 3PL partners, ensure timely and accurate deliveries, maintain inventory integrity, and serve as the key operational link between headquarters and LATAM partners.

This role is critical to delivering exceptional customer experiences in one of the brand’s fastest-growing markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all B2B and DTC orders are fulfilled on time, accurately, and within budget
- Collaborate with HQ on inventory planning, inbound shipments, and forecasting
- Reconcile inventory between 3PL platforms and NetSuite, maintaining data accuracy
- Monitor logistics costs and lead times; identify and implement improvements
- Manage warranty returns, RMAs, and swaps with customer service and warehouse teams
- Prepare and lead performance reporting on regional logistics
- Act as the LATAM point of contact for internal departments (Sales, CX, Finance)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience with inventory and ERP systems (NetSuite highly preferred)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; analytics/reporting experience is a plus
- Bilingual or fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a bonus)
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfort working across time zones in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
