JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee client's fulfillment and logistics operations
  • Work closely with Account Managers to define priorities and daily tasks.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to manage inventory and optimize workflows
  • Address and resolve client's concerns or challenges related to the operation, implementing proactive solutions.
  • Be the voice of your client's pushing their needs to achieve their monthly dispatched and goals

WHO YOU ARE

*You have a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or similar

*You have excellent communication skills and are able to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients

*You face challenges with a positive attitude and hands-on mentality

*You enjoy working as part of a team and are always willing to support colleagues

*You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

*You like to make decisions and solve problems

*You feel comfortable working with deadlines

*You learn quickly and adapt to change

* Must have a Bachelor's Degree

* Computer skills: Microsoft Office - Advanced Excel (Mandatory)

* Language skills: Excellent English oral and written (Mandatory)
