**About This Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage procurement and vendor coordination for ingredients, packaging, and shipping materials.
- Oversee purchase order (PO) tracking, approvals, and vendor pricing updates.
- Monitor stock levels and allocate inventory across DTC, Amazon (FBA & AWD), and Wholesale channels (Chewy, Grove, bulk buyers).
- Create and manage Amazon FBA replenishment shipments, including LTL, Small Parcel, and AWD shipments.
- Coordinate shipments between manufacturers, 3PL partners, freight forwarders (CH Robinson, Cobalt), and Amazon logistics.
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues, including delays, damaged goods, and order discrepancies.
- Track and forecast inventory needs based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonality.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping, customs requirements, and Amazon policies.
- Maintain backend operations in Extensiv, Cobalt, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Chewy Vendor Portal, and SPS Commerce.
- Keep systems updated and maintain accurate data across platforms while updating SOPs.

**Software/Platforms/Tools**:

- Inventory & Order Management (Extensiv or Cobalt)
- E-commerce & Wholesale: Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Chewy Vendor Portal, SPS Commerce
- Logistics & Fulfillment: CH Robinson, Cobalt, Amazon FBA, AWD, AGL

**Qualifications**:

- ** Must be an Argentinian citizen**
- At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management
- Experience with Amazon FBA, AWD replenishment, and wholesale distribution
- Strong vendor management and procurement skills
- Proficiency in demand planning, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination
- Hands-on experience with supply chain platforms and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to optimize supply chain processes for cost efficiency
- Strong communication skills for vendor and cross-functional team collaboration
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

**Shift Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US EST
