Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Sales Leader (Jefe de Ventas) quien tendrá a su cargo nuestros equipos de asesores comerciales de venta telefónica.
La búsqueda se orienta hacia personas proactivas que cuenten con experiência mínima de 3 años supervisando operadores de call center en campañas de ventas (intangibles).
**Sus principales responsabilidades serán**: Liderar y motivar a los equipos comerciales. Incentivar y potenciar el desarrollo los team Leaders y de sus respectivos equipos de operadores. Relevar y detectar oportunidades de mejora en la gestión comercial. Analizar, planificar, implementar y velar por el cumplimiento de los procesos de la unidad de negocios. Capacidad de negociación. Iniciativa, capacidad resolutiva y autonomía. Buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales (clientes internos y externos).

**Requisitos**:
Experiência de supervisión en call center (venta de intangibles). Conicimientos de seguros patrimoniales (deseable). Sexo indistinto. Edad entre 30 y 45 años (no excluyente). Acreditar una experiência mínima de 3 años en posiciones de liderazgo de equipos de trabajo.
