Los asistentes de operaciones de ayuda capacitan y apoyan a los misioneros y voluntarios que ayudan con el servicio al cliente para los productos de FamilySearch, el apoyo a los centros de historia familiar y las operaciones auxiliares de digitalización de imágenes para el área.
1) Ayudar a configurar y auditar proyectos para la digitalización/indexación de registros históricos y genealógicos valiosos.
2) Ayudar al supervisor/gerente a garantizar la calidad de los servicios de operaciones de ayuda.
3) A través del contacto diario, ayudar al supervisor/gerente a preparar materiales y procedimientos para una formación eficaz de los misioneros.
40 %: capacitar y apoyar a los misioneros y voluntarios que colaboran en la publicación e indexación de imágenes de importancia genealógica/histórica y proporcionar apoyo a las operaciones de ayuda.
30 %: ayudar en el apoyo al inventario/equipamiento de los centros de historia familiar.
20 %: crear documentación de capacitación y contenido de ayuda.
10 %: otras tareas asignadas.
- Título de asociado y 1 año de experiência o formación y experiência equivalentes en administración, atención al cliente o centros de contacto.
- Capacidad demostrada para realizar trabajos detallados con precisión.
- Buenas habilidades analíticas.
- Capacidad para alcanzar la competencia en todas las normas y prácticas del equipo y del departamento.
- Capacidad demostrada para utilizar el ordenador, incluyendo Microsoft Office y las redes sociales.
- Dominio del inglés.
- Debe tener excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
