Ecolab is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for its new Center of Excellence for Supply Chain Finance LA operation.

Job overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead a new Center of Excellence for Supply Chian Finance related activities and focus on reporting, analytics and GPC freight accounting management. This role will be partner with Supply Chain Finance, Procurement Finance, FP&A, I-trade and Logistics. The position will be part of a regional team and will report to the Manager Financial Analysis I - Procurement in the LA Region.

Key areas of analytics focus will be on developing best in class Logistics reporting/analytics, inventory analysis, analysis of variances and cost center reporting, along with ad-hoc projects to drive improved business results across the company.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Lead set up of new Center of Excellence for Supply Chain Finance reporting and analytics in Argentina
- Build and lead a team focused on reporting and analytics across the LA region for SC Finance
- Develop a capacity and workload to host activities to support Supply Chain Finance teams, including forecasting consolidation and analytics
- Position will be key point of contact for countries within the LA region to coordinate and standardize reporting/analytics across the region, as well as address any concerns or analytics gaps from the local SC Finance teams
- Coordinate with Global BI data analytics team to align on Global analytics initiatives as well as develop new ideas to improve analytics Globally

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Direct accounting or finance experience
- Experience working with PowerBI, SQL and or automation tools.
- Experience working with SAP
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in English and Spanish

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of Financial Analysis, Accounting, & Budgeting
- Experience in managing large data sets and data extraction from various systems
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a succinct and clear manner and build strong partnership with diverse groups
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly complex environment
