**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual responsible for the end-to-end process of capturing and retrieving internal knowledge from projects. They will also monitor progress by leveraging analytics to assess the impact, engagement, functionality and effectiveness of the Knowledge Management strategy. The role involves identifying and implementing improvements and automation to capture and retrieve knowledge from consulting projects efficiently.

**The following experience and skills are key for this role**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Social Science
- +5 years experience in Knowledge Management in consulting or a similar environment
- Helping capture new knowledge from consulting projects with the usage of a knowledge base system
- Evaluate and improve processes leveraging technology, connected with the needs of the consulting team
- Ability to evaluate, improve, and develop internal processes and design and structure simple step-by-step processes, leveraging technology connected with the needs of the consulting team
- Experience controlling the accessibility and flow of knowledge within the organization and to external parties
- Excellent organizational skills to classify and organize folders, documents and standardize databases
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Make things happen oriented
- Flexibility in dealing with a changeable environment
- Strong internal client orientation, proactivity and result-driven
- Teamwork and people development ability
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Advanced/Fluent English
