Backoffice Abroad was founded by a lawyer and a business administrator, looking to harness their expertise and relevant local experiences to ensure that demanding employers can find high-quality, yet affordable workers to join their ranks.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years sourcing experience.
- Knowledge of Accounting & Finance recruitment preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter required; knowledge of Swordfish and BigBiller a plus.
- Ability to multi-task since you will be sourcing on multiple roles at once.
- Excellent English written and verbal skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Deeply understand hiring needs and priorities to create sourcing strategies (including market research, market trends, industry trends, company mapping, talent insights, etc.)
- Craft compelling and personalized outreach campaigns to engage the talent you find and get them interested in the opportunity presented.
- Track relevant data towards your pipeline activity and key results regularly
- Build and manage talent networks by creating talent pipelines for future and existing hiring needs.
- Track all data in the database including InMail response, attempted outreach, contact information, etc.
