Explore-Share, an online booking platform for guided adventures around the world, is looking for a Guide Recruiter to join its team. The platform lists more than 13,000 outdoor trips in more than 100 countries, all of them led by over 2,000 local certified guides. Our team is based all over the world, mainly in Buenos Aires and Brussels.
At Explore-Share we believe outdoor adventures enrich people’s lives and that professional local guides help make these experiences unique.

Explore-share is growing and we are hiring a Guide Recruiter to help us to find and onboard certified guides to our platform.

**Tasks**:

- Find guides in different parts of the world and bring them to our platform.
- Performing the onboarding of the guides to Explore-Share
- Follow up of guides
- Be the bridge between our sales team and the guides

Mandatory requirements:

- Knowledge of Google Suite
- Ownership, proactivity, good communication and persuasive skills.

Desirable requirements:

- Speak in another language such as German, French or Italian.
- Knowledge of CRM
- Previous experience in similar positions
