The Language Doctors are looking for enthusiastic **Entry-Level Customer Support Agents** to join our multicultural team. Our ceaselessly expanding company is dedicated to breaking language barriers and connecting cultures worldwide. As an Entry-Level Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact; addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about our services and address customer concerns with empathy.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. Availability to work full time in the US EST time zone.
