About The Role As an Online Ads Support Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through email, chat, and phone support. You will be a valued member of the IOA team and assist users with varying levels of technical expertise while supporting the Client Ads Product. Your ability to solve problems, communicate clearly, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment will be essential to your success. In This Role, You Will Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and empathetic support. Manage deadlines and multitask effectively. Communicate with customers via outbound calls and email. Follow all procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently. Document all relevant information from customer interactions. Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and teammates. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and a dynamic operational pace. Work model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in the Client office in Buenos Aires, Argentina and one day from home. What You Need To Have To Be Considered 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills (no spelling or grammar errors, clear enunciation). Ability to translate complex ideas into user‑friendly instructions. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport. Basic knowledge of tools like Sheets, Slides, Docs, Chrome, Keep, Calendar, etc. Problem‑solving skills and critical thinking. Intermediate level of English (written and reading comprehension) is a plus. These will help you stand out Experience supporting digital advertising platforms. Familiarity with Ads platforms or similar products. Ability to work independently and proactively. Strong customer empathy and patience. Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume support environments.
